about my blog

 I started this blog about a year ago with the intent of documenting my life in Los Angeles. I’m  not too proud to say that my attempt fizzled in about 2-3 months. Quite frankly, I need a little  more focus.

I decided to take this blog in a new direction and document my Total Money Makeover, to  quote Dave Ramsey. I’ve decided to take control over my money and get out of debt! Read ‘My  Adventures in Finance’ for full details.

Posts will probably include my money blunders, struggles and successes. I plan to be  completely transparent and lighthearted. I mean, it’s just money and I refuse to live my life  under  its control! If you would like to follow my adventure please subscribe to my blog.

I’ll leave you with this thought. My catalyst to this life revelation was the book The Total Money Makeover by Dave Ramsey. In it, he recites this mantra: Live like no one else now so you can live like no one else later.  I have to say, I can’t wait to live like no one else later 🙂
